Project Work is a powerful tool that allows you to see a summary of all of the work that's being worked on by your team. It combines both Jira data and your pull request data and allows you to drill down by epic, project, or person.

Once you've drilled down into an epic, project, or person, you'll be able to see a few important metrics:

• PR Median Cycle Time: this shows the median time your PRs are in each stage for what you've selected.
• Jira Tickets and Associated PRs: this shows all of the tickets and pull requests for the epic, project, or person you've selected.
• Callouts: some of these tickets or PRs may be highlighted in yellow, indicating that there is a callout associated that ticket. Callouts flag potential issues, such as tickets added mid-sprint or PRs without reviewers.

Team members will also have the ability to react and comment on tickets and PRs, which will then be populated on the Sprint Retro page to be used for discussion at your next sprint retro.
