The sprint Projected Done score captures the total amount of committed work projected to be completed at the end of your sprint. Based on historical data of your team's previous sprints as well as the amount of work planned for the current sprint, this is our prediction as to how much is going to get completed by the end of the sprint.
Teams are able to use the Projected Done score to address the tendency to overestimate the amount of work they take on in a sprint. The easiest way to maintain a higher projected done score is to be careful about how much work is assigned to your team during sprint planning.
