Here at Uplevel, we know that Pull Requests come in many flavors, and that a version change is at an entirely different scale compared to a feature release.  With this in mind, a PR is categorized as Stuck based on the following criteria:

• For PRs that are low complexity, a PR would be stuck if it was opened for more than 2 working days
• For PRs with a medium complexity, a PR would be stuck if it was opened for more than 4 working days
• For PRs with a high complexity, a PR would be stuck if it was opened for more than 7 working days

Complexity is determined by several factors including Lines Added/Deleted, whether the PR is a refactor, and the number of files involved.
